Pre-Sale Questions

We only sell online and do not have any offline store. We sell high quality winter wear in accordance with the pictures. While shopping online, you can also enjoy more competitive prices. Please feel free to contact us and we are willing to give you some professional suggestions.

Please aware we have different size chart for each jacket, you can take one of your shirt and measure it with cloth tape measure, compare them with the chart, trying to match up at least 2 of the sizes within each category (waist, length, bust, etc).

To find a good, comfortable fit in a winter coat, don’t buy it too tightly fitting. If in between sizes, go up to the next higher size is better.

Post-Sale Questions

All our product ship out from our China warehouse,

1. Normal delivery – estimate 10 – 14 working days

2. Express delivery – estimate 7 working days

However due to reasons beyond our control, we are sometimes unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. This could be due to delay delivery by third parties and delivery location located at remote area.

So we suggest you to buy your clothes a month earlier before your vacation.

We ship worldwide; currently we only set the delivery charges for Malaysia and Singapore. Kindly contact our customer service agent for the delivery changes if your location other than the above 2 country.

Express delivery to West Malaysia we charge RM100, East Malaysia and Singapore we charge RM130. For Normal delivery, standard to RM30.

If your shipping address located at remote area, additional charges may be apply.

We currently accept Bank Transfer to Maybank and Paypal.

For Maybank transfer, kindly inform us once payment had been made.
p/s: we highly recommended customer to use Instant Bank Transfer if you need to receive your order in shorter time frame.

After-Sale Questions

If you want to track the status of your order, please log in first and click View Order at the left menu of your member account.

Customers need to contact us to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your items. All orders are checked for defects before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you receive an unsatisfactory item, you are qualified to get an exchange or full refund.

All other cases will only be eligible for a one-for-one exchange.

Sizing issue such as cannot fit in, too big or too tight or too short or long does not extend to any form of return nor exchange. Strictly no exchange for reasons relating to size is not what you should expect or should be able to fit in when it is smaller or bigger than it is perceived.

Measurements stated may vary 2 – 3cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.

All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order

What is an unsatisfactory item?
– Item in the wrong colour or size.
– Item with manufacturing defect.
– Wrong item that was not in order.

Note: We strictly do not allow Return/Exchange/Refund for Lingeries & Shoes under any circumstances.

Customers returning parcels to us must provide proof of postage like tracking number and our address indicated on the returned parcel. It would be better to send via registered mail or courier with tracking number.
